The Alabaster Box Youth Outreach INC was born from lived experience and professional insight—years of service in child welfare, social work, and community outreach. This foundation built a deep understanding of the challenges faced by foster youth aging out of the system and sparked a relentless mission to do more than provide temporary solutions. From leadership to operations, every decision is guided by a commitment to equity, care, and faith.
